Highlights of the villa

  • Surrounded by 13,000 square meters of land ensuring privacy, where you'll find the sea-view heated swimming pool, comfortably sized at 8x4 meters.

    The house can accommodate groups of up to 18 people with the possibility of adding 2 double sofa beds, thus reaching a total of 22 beds. The rooms are distributed between the main house and the two annexes as follows: in the main house, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the two annexes, respectively, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, each equipped with two lofts with two single beds.

    Additionally, the main house features a double-height sea-view lounge with a kitchen adorned with antique cement tiles that opens onto a sea-view terrace. The indoor kitchen has a 5-burner induction stove, a 90 cm wide electric oven, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, and an ice maker.

    Adjacent to the pool, a canopy houses the outdoor kitchen and a large seating area for outdoor breakfasts, dinners, and aperitifs.

    We recently added a magnificent winter garden to enjoy the outdoor spaces of the villa even during the winter months.

  • All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating with state-of-the-art silent fan coils. The building structure complies with anti-seismic regulations, and the windows have wooden shutters to ensure natural airflow. The house is completely self-sufficient and sustainable from an energy and water perspective.

    Additionally, the house features hairdryers, linens, a fully equipped kitchen, an iron, a washing machine, a coffee machine, indoor parking, and a TV.

    Upon request, you have the option to request the services of the house staff, Teresa and Pino. They can provide daily cleaning of the house, including changing linens, and the preparation of breakfasts, dinners, lunches, or aperitifs following menus based on traditional vegetable, meat, or fish dishes with careful selection of ingredients.

  • Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem neuen, liebevoll gestalteten Haus verbracht. Der Garten ist ein Schmuckstück und das Haus genau so. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 15 Personen und hatten viel Platz, genügend Geschirr, viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Haus und Umgebung die gemacht ist für eine grosse Gruppe. Wir alle haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Danke Oriana für den guten Tipp für das Essen. Pino und Teresa haben uns ein grosses und ausgezeichnetes sizilianisches Essen gekocht. Herzlichen Dank!

  • Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans une sublime maison avec une vue sur la mer. La grande réactivité d’Oriana, sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse, l’accueil incomparable de Pino et ses attentions ont pleinement participé à faire de ce séjour une parenthèse enchantée. La maison est parfaite pour un groupe, avec tous les équipements dont on a besoin. Les chambres sont très confortables au même titre que les parties communes. Un immense merci !

  • We have been in this house with friends few days in June and we have been enthusiastic about this new, clean and cozy house, out of the noise of the street but very near to the town of Scicli and to some of the world’s best beaches. The house is wonderful, big outdoor and indoor spaces, really comfortable bedrooms, and a huge patio with an incredible view. I strongly suggest this house as in it I passed some of the most amazing days of my summer.

  • We were a group of four couples and had some wonderful days in Scicli. The house, the garden and the view… just perfect. To get there without a car is not really possible, local markets and supermarkets are reachable within a 20min ride. During rainy days, the house is big enough to spend a whole day inside. Every evening we were preparing meals in the big kitchen or on the outdor bbq. The hosts, Oriana and her friends Theresa and Pino have been very helpful and super frirendly - surprised us with an welcome-aperitif when we arrived, almos at midnight :) Thanks again for the nice stay. We can totally recommend this location.

  • Wow ! That Place was just magical and beautiful ! The house shows great taste with a lot of love for detail , a lot of space and luxury. The Garden was mind blowing pretty with all its colours and different plants. Because the residence is separated in 3 Little houses, it was super quiet and relaxed with 16 people :) I will come back as soon as possible. Thanks to the Great Team , that welcomed us so well!

  • Eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Location perfetta per visitare la val di Noto, la provincia di Ragusa e la Montalbano Valley … Dotata di tutti i servizi, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata e una bella piscina dalla quale godere il panorama del mare. L'assistenza di Pino, Teresa e Oriana è stata splendida. Eravamo in 7 e ci è spiaciuto tornarcene a casa.
